Beta program agreements
Confidentiality. By participating in the AfterShow beta program, you agree to keep your experience confidential. You will not share, discuss, or disclose details about AfterShow's features, pricing, analytics, or functionality with employees, representatives, or affiliates of any competing platform including but not limited to PalmStreet, Whatnot, Mercari, eBay, Etsy, Poshmark, TikTok Shop, or any other live selling or e-commerce platform. You understand that AfterShow is in active development and that unauthorized disclosure could cause material harm to AfterShow, Inc. A formal mutual NDA is available upon request.
Platform compliance. AfterShow provides tools for creators to collect and manage subscriber information from customers who voluntarily opt in. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of AfterShow complies with the terms of service, community guidelines, and data collection policies of any platform on which you sell. AfterShow, Inc. makes no representation that use of this product is permitted under any third-party platform's terms of service, and accepts no liability for account actions taken by those platforms. When in doubt, review your platform's terms or consult legal counsel before collecting subscriber data.
Your data privacy. AfterShow uses row-level security to ensure your customer data, subscriber list, and sales history are accessible only to your account. AfterShow staff do not access creator data except for technical support when explicitly requested by you. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties. The optional monthly-revenue and goals answers on this form are stored separately from your identifying information, with no link back to your name, email, or application, and are used only in aggregate to guide product decisions.
